ABOUT US
The Hampden Academy Athletic Booster Club's primary role is to enrich the athletic program at Hampden Academy by augmenting and complementing the efforts of the school athletic department. Hampden Academy has a rich history of providing diverse athletic experiences to its student athletes.
The Booster Club provides support to all the athletic programs so that a variety of athletic experiences are available to our students. We believe that participation in athletics teaches many valuable life skills. We closely collaborate with the athletic director to provide support for athletic needs that are outside the scope of the school budget. Our fundraising efforts are focused on seasonal concessions at games/meets and hosting special events.
Parent volunteer hours make impossible things possible. By volunteering in concessions and at other events parents provide a strong support to the athletic department in the form of uniform apparel, special equipment purchases, and recognition awards. If you have a young adult participating in athletics at Hampden Academy, please offer some of your time in staffing our concessions during our fall, winter, or spring seasons. The clichés "it takes a village" and "many hands make light work" are mottos that are true to our work in boosters. Your volunteer support makes a real difference.
